About this Learning Support Assistant role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers, therapists and support staff to provide high-quality, individualised support to pupils with a range of complex needs, which may include autism, severe learning difficulties, communication needs, sensory processing difficulties and associated behavioural challenges.
You will play a vital role in helping pupils access learning, develop independence, and achieve their full potential in a safe, nurturing and structured environment.
