Personal Summary

I have proficient amount of experience and skill set working in the domains of HR administration and recruitment. I had a career break however I again resumed my career with a kick start break given by Amazon UK to work as an end to end recruiter. As a recruiter I always have acted as a super-user on the recruitment systems, including development and maintenance of all recruitment data, pipelines and processes. I have Strong decision-making ability, ensuring only the best candidates progress with process-driven mindset.
I led the recruitment project and closed all the positions before the deadlines. I worked for South Africa kindle support recruitment project and delivered all the leadership principles as expected by Amazon. 
Amazon has taught me a great deal. My contract was over and then I joined an amazing educational organisation known as Zen educate. I am currently working with several state primary schools shaping young minds.
I also have end to end work experience working as HR generalist/administration roles for more than 5 years now.
I currently provide educational, emotional and behavioral support attention span increasing support to various primary schools children. I want to excel my people management skills and that’s my career objective. I want a career growth learn exquisite skills and knowledge which will help me grow the career ladder.
 I am a fast learner and I have the right amount of experience along with strong skill set which can make me an asset to the company.

I worked for Amazon UK as an end to end recruiter.

My job included:

Led end to end cycle of recruiting for EMEA/ internal recruitment Team which has high volumes of recruitment, including planning, sourcing, screening, selecting, and securing candidates.

Led all intake meetings with stakeholders and wrote series of job descriptions that accurately reflected the roles and responsibilities of each requisite positions.

Coordinated closely with talent acquisition team members to innovate research strategy for talent pooling, market mapping and competitor analysis. Collated recruitment metrics and the analysed data and recommend improvements.

Collaborated closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process, wrote a series of job descriptions and delivered projects and drove progress towards business goals.
