Are you looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced food production environment? We’re recruiting Food Operatives to join a friendly and growing team at a well-established bakery in the Wellingborough area.
🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:
Assisting in the preparation and packaging of baked goods
Operating machinery and maintaining production flow
Ensuring hygiene and food safety standards are met
Working as part of a supportive team to meet daily targets
No items heavier then 9KG
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
Reliability and a strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in food production is a bonus but not essential
Good attention to detail and a positive attitude
