Senior Social Worker (SSW) – Eastleigh & Winchester
Location: Eastleigh & Winchester, Hampshire
Pay Rate: Up to £42 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Lead on complex assessments and strengths-based interventions for families.

Provide informal supervision and "buddy" support to newly qualified social workers (ASYEs).

Chair multi-agency meetings to coordinate comprehensive support packages.
*
Work at the "front door" of the Hub to identify risks and prevent escalation into statutory services.
