We're looking for an energetic Customer Support Specialist based in Worcester on a temp-to-perm basis, with the opportunity to grow into a long-term role. About the Role This isn't your typical support job. Every interaction counts, and we're looking for someone who brings energy, initiative, and a fresh perspective.   What You'll Be Doing Be the first point of contact for customers via phone & e-mail Deliver high-quality, personalised support  Resolve queries efficiently while identifying ways to improve the customer journey Accurately log and manage customer interactions using CRM systems Work collaboratively with internal teams to share insights and streamline processes Contribute ideas to help us continuously modernise and improve service What We're Looking For A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for helping people Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly Good IT skills, including confidence using systems, databases, and Microsoft Office Comfortable learning new digital tools and adapting to changing processes A team player who can also work independently in a fast-paced environment Previous customer service experience is beneficial, but attitude and potential are key Why Join Us?
