Temporary Facilities Coordinator required in Warrington. Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm Duties * Improve and simplify existing reports * Keep reporting formats consistent * Identify gaps and suggest improvements * Stakeholder * Gather reporting needs from the team * Turn requirements into practical solutions * Collect feedback and improve tool Dashboards & Systems * Help implement tools like Power BI * Create and maintain dashboards * Support users with basic training Data Management * Ensure data is accurate and up to date * Review data to support decisions * Work with teams to keep information current General Support * Support day-to-day facilities coordination * Track KPIs and performance * Assist with audits and compliance reporting
