Typist/Secretary Our insurance client based in Shrewsbury is looking for a full time temporary – permanent secretary with Typing and Dictation skills, to join their busy team, as they continue to strive forward. As part your role, you will be raising invoices, typing letters, answering customer queries, administration work, organising the office and filing, posting and receiving mail, allocating jobs and tasks to the relevant departments. Also, in this job role you need to have the ability to hit the ground running, have an end goal and work towards this each day, following processes and company procedures, but thinking on your own initiative, when there isn’t guidance.
