Bakery Production Operative – Dunstable
We are currently recruiting Bakery Production Operatives for a well-established food manufacturing company based in Dunstable.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy bakery production environment supplying high-quality baked goods. The role is initially ad hoc, however there is potential for ongoing work and temp-to-perm opportunities for the right candidates.
Job Details
* Location: Dunstable
* Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts
* Shifts Available: Days and Nights
* Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
* Weekend Work: May be required
* Position Type: Ad hoc work with potential for ongoing / temp-to-perm opportunities
Duties May Include
* Working on bakery production lines
* Packing and labelling products
* Quality checking baked goods
* Preparing products for dispatch
* Following food hygiene and safety procedures
* General production and warehouse duties
Candidate Requirements
* Flexible to work both day and night shifts
* Available to work weekends when required
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced food production environment
* Reliable and hardworking
* Able to work well as part of a team
* Previous food production or bakery experience is beneficial but not essential
