Job Description

Personnel Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Administrator to join our organisation. This role offers an excellent opportunity to support financial operations, ensure accurate record-keeping, and contribute to the overall financial health of the company. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, experience with accounting software, and a keen eye for detail. * Monday to Friday * 3 Hours per day * £12.81ph Responsibilities * Support with a particular Finance project involving allocation of incentive credits for local businesses. * Manage and maintain financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero * Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently and accurately * Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial data is up-to-date * Assist with preparing financial reports and statements for management review * Ensure compliance with organisational policies and relevant financial regulations * Maintain organised documentation of all financial transactions for audit purposes Experience * Proven experience working with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero * Familiarity with accounts payable processes and general ledger management * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously * Previous experience in a finance or administrative role is preferred but not essential for internship applicants To apply for the Finance Admin role, please do so online and a member of the team will be in touch
