Receptionist Location: Liverpool Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour Hours: - 8:30 – 17:00  We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service and administrative skills who enjoys working in a busy office environment. Key Responsibilities: Greeting visitors and directing them appropriately Answering and transferring incoming telephone calls Managing emails and general enquiries Booking appointments and meeting rooms Maintaining accurate records and filing systems Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks Ensuring the reception area remains tidy and welcoming Requirements: Previous reception, administration, or customer service experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Professional and positive approach to work
