Job Title: Stock / Production Operative (Fish Processing)
Shift: 5AM -15:00PM | Monday - Friday
From 13th july the shift will change to 3pm untill 11pm
We're looking for reliable and hardworking operatives to join our busy fish processing team. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, supporting stock and production while maintaining high hygiene standards.
💡 No Food Safety Level 2? No problem - we can support you in gaining this qualification.
Key Duties
Build and manage stock for production lines
Prepare, pack, weight, and label fish products
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
Monitor quality and report any issues
Follow health & safety procedures
What We're Looking For
Previous factory or food production experience (preferred)
Comfortable working in cold conditions
Physically fit and reliable
Team player with a good work ethic
