About the RoleWe are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Chef to join our team at a busy golf resort in Abergele. This is a temporary position with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
You will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality breakfasts and lunches for resort guests, members, and visitors, ensuring excellent food standards and customer satisfaction at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch menus to a high standard.
Ensure food is presented attractively and served promptly.
Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen environment.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
Monitor stock levels and assist with stock rotation and storage.
Work efficiently during busy service periods.
Support the wider kitchen team as required.
Requirements
Previous chef or kitchen experience is desirable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety practices.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
A positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent food and service.
Must be available for an immediate start.
