Data Cleansing Contractor (Entry Level role) Location: Leeds, LS12 (Onsite, 5 days per week) Contract: Weekly rolling contract (8–12 weeks expected) Rate: £100 per day Hours: 37.5 per week IR35 Status: Inside IR35 We are seeking an Entry-Level Data Cleansing Contractor to support a busy procurement function with the organisation, validation and standardisation of contract-related data. Key Responsibilities • Review, cleanse and standardise contract data to ensure accuracy and consistency • Extract key information from contract documents using structured templates • Identify missing information, duplicates and data inconsistencies • Maintain progress tracking logs and support regular reporting • Help prepare contract records for future system migration and improved governance Requirements • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with large volumes of data • Good IT skills, including Excel and Microsoft 365 applications • Organised and methodical approach to work • Strong written English and document interpretation skills • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively Desirable • Previous administration or data cleansing experience • Exposure to procurement, contracts or document management environments This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience within a commercial or procurement environment while developing valuable data management skills
