Position: Telesales Operative
Contract Type: Temporary (ongoing)
Hours: 11am-7pm, Monday-Friday (full time)
Pay: £13.15 per hour + Uncapped Commission + Holiday Pay + Benefits
Location: South Ockendon, Essex
Looking for a fast-paced sales role where you can earn big and stay busy? Adecco Romford & London East are looking for a driven, high-energy Telesales Operative who thrives in a high-volume call environment and is motivated by hitting (and smashing) targets!
What you'll be doing:
Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to customers (all warm leads that have already been generated)
Discussing finance options and guiding customers through approvals
Converting applications into approvals and booking appointments for the sales team
Working in a target-driven environment with clear KPIs and earning potential
What We're Looking For:
Confidence handling large call volumes daily
A target-focused mindset - you love working to and exceeding goals
Strong communication and closing skills
Energy, resilience, and a positive attitude
