Berry Recruitment are recruiting for a Front of House Team Member to join a luxury hospitality venue in South Cornwall on a temporary basis.
This role involves delivering high standards of food and beverage service within a fine dining environment.
Key Responsibilities
Providing excellent customer service to guests
Delivering Silver Service
Assisting with and carrying out Flambé Service
Supporting and operating Trolley Service
Serving food and beverages in line with venue standards
Preparing and maintaining dining and service areas
Ensuring tables are presented to a high standard
Working as part of the Front of House team to deliver a seamless guest experience
Skills & Knowledge
Front of House hospitality background
Knowledge of Silver Service
Knowledge of Flambé Service
Knowledge of Trolley Service
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work in a customer-facing environment
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
