Customer Service Representatives – (Temporary) Position: Temporary Contract (Immediate August Start) Location: Ringwood, Hampshire / Hybrid Hours: Full-Time, 42.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 3:00pm – 12:00am BST) Salary: £12.80 per hour (Increased rate of £15.35 per hour after 10:00pm) Contract: Temporary (Week by week basis) About the Opportunity We are excited to be partnering with a market-leading global business process operations provider to recruit Customer Service Representatives for an immediate-start temporary project. Working on behalf of a major international brand, this non-sales role centres on managing inbound and outbound communications to coordinate a critical safety recall of specific automotive parts. Due to supporting North American operational hours (3:00pm – 12:00am BST), candidates will benefit from enhanced late-shift pay rates and the convenience of homeworking to accommodate the evening finish. Key Responsibilities * Outbound Trade Liaison: Proactively contacting automotive repair facilities, dealerships, and independent installers to notify them of affected components and recall protocols. * Inbound Support: Handling inbound queries from installers, trade partners, and consumers seeking assistance, verification, or guidance on next steps. * Data Collection & Accuracy: Systematically collecting and recording contact details for end-clients who purchased or installed affected parts, ensuring precise database entries. * Recall Process Coordination: Clearly explaining safety procedures and verification steps to ensure a swift, seamless recall execution. * Relationship Building: Establishing immediate, professional rapport with trade partners to encourage quick compliance and operational efficiency. What We Are Looking For * Communication Skills: Fluent English speakers with clear, professional verbal and written communication skills and an excellent telephone manner. * Customer Support Background: Prior experience in customer service, call centre operations, helpdesk support, or outbound administrative coordination. * Attention to Detail: High accuracy levels when recording sensitive client records, part numbers, and technical verification details. * Work Ethic & Self-Motivation: Ability to work effectively from home during evening shifts, maintaining high performance and attention to detail. * Availability: Immediate availability for a August start date. * Technical Aptitude: Proficient with basic IT systems and comfortable learning bespoke campaign management software. Shift Pattern & Enhanced Pay Structure * Shift Hours: Monday to Friday, 3:00pm – 12:00am BST (42.5 paid hours per week, with weekends completely free). * Base Pay Rate: £12.80 per hour (3:00pm – 10:00pm). * Enhanced Late Rate: £15.35 per hour (10:00pm – 12:00am). * Work Location: Primary work-from-home setup provided due to late-shift finishes, with candidates based within reasonable proximity of London or Ringwood hub offices.
