We are seeking an experienced Interim Registered Manager to lead a residential care service in the Denbigh area on a 6–7 month fixed-term contract (maternity cover) starting March 2026.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day management of the service, ensuring high standards of person-centred care, regulatory compliance, and staff performance. The role involves leading and developing a multidisciplinary team, overseeing care planning and risk management, and maintaining a positive and supportive culture within the service.
The position offers a salary of up to £49,140 per annum, 40 hours per week, along with a pension scheme, employee assistance programme, and ongoing learning and development opportunities.
